1. Free CD Burner for Mac

There are still several situations where you'll find that CDs are the optimal way to share or store your music. With Free CD Burner for Mac, you can burn audio files including MP3, WMA, WAV and more formats to an audio CD for truly captivating music enjoyment.

Step 1. Select Usable Burning Device

After launching Free CD Burner for Mac, you need to insert a blank CD to the CD drive first. In "Audio" tab, there are 3 types of disc: Audio CD, MP3 Disc and DVD Audio, choose the one you need.

Step 2. Input Audio Files

After that, drag the audio folder or files directly into the program window and input a name for the disc in the box.

Step 3. Start Burning

Now, click "Burn" to start audio CD burning.

To create a multisession disc, be sure to check to the "Allow more sessions" box. And if you use CD-RW, there is an option to erase the disc before burning.

2. iTunes

iTunes is the default media player that comes with Mac OS X. Besides being a great audio player, iTunes is adept at creating CDs. It makes the process of recording songs to a CD as simple as a few mouse clicks. By taking songs stored on your Mac and arranging them in a playlist, you can create custom CDs for friends, family and yourself.

3. Finder

You can create a Burn Folder in Finder by choosing “File – New Burn Folder” menu or by using “Command + Shift + B” key combination. Give name to the folder and then drag and drop the files and folders that you want to backup. After everything is in place, open the burn folder and click the “Burn” button on the top right corner of the window.
